Hazard layers are not used. Fire, quake, tsunami, cyclone, flood, volcano, radiation, alerts, and smoke never spawn a blip. Fire weather as a dryness index is allowed. A wildfire pin is not.

Playable layers: weather, air, tide, grid, energy, lightning, spacewx, geomag, jamming, gnss, adsb, ais. Weather is global. Pins are local. Empty pin ≠ empty world.

It does not die. It sleeps. No points with a price. No token. The forge next door is free and optional — a picture you already hatched, not a shop.
